Do you journal your conversation with your soul? I love journaling.

I don’t journal. I used to, years ago, when I was learning how to listen.

Now the conversation is ongoing. It happens while I’m making coffee, walking, painting, breathing, talking out loud to myself.

What needs to be written shows up in my Substack.

What’s private doesn’t need to be captured anymore.

At this point, the trust is complete.

Journaling is beautiful. For me, this relationship has become lived rather than recorded.

That was a really valuable and important and something that is a timely reminder of the need to be still

If I have Spotify for podcasts, is it prudent for me to be a paid subscriber?

If podcasts are where you like to listen, that’s perfect.

What I do here isn’t a podcast library. It’s a lived, ongoing conversation.

Some people read. Some listen. Some just sit with it when they need it.

Paid simply supports the space and gives you deeper access if you want it.

There’s no right way to engage. Also I don’t publish anything on Spotify. My focus is here on Substack. Thx for listening and inquiring.

Thank you for your response. So, just to be sure that I am clear, I would have access to your content with a paid subscription, even if I don’t have access to podcast? Thanks again!

Great, thanks.
