l've just been reading your thoughts for a couple of months. I've moved a lot, had many transitions, adjustments, seasons of life. Your views resonate with me. I'll continue to ponder, and make adjustments in my life so I know I'm following my own path.

And, I would add to your scathingly honest statement: it's OK to need what I need. Thank you for doing this work, for yourself and with other women. Letting go of suppression is not an easy thing, and is best done in community

I really enjoyed listening to you. When I was a kid, I thought that people in their 20s had it all worked out. When I was in my 20s and 30s, I thought I'd have it all worked out by 50. Now I'm 53, and I can see myself having the same expectation of when I'm in my 70s.

However, age does not necessarily bring wisdom. Only awareness and the understanding that we're all walking a limitless map and can never see the whole landscape at once. To accept where we are and simply breathe and choose happiness is the key, no matter what your age.

I watched your video after quite a stressful morning with my teenager, and it was a good reminder to choose differently.

This is clickbait. There is nothing in the actual article that has anything to do with the title. If you were really respectful of women, you wouldn’t waste my time.
