No one else can make the right decisions for you."
Yes.
I wonder if at the age when we tend to say we "feel invisible," we are in fact realizing that until now, we've been under the scrutiny of all those other someones. What a relief to reclaim ourselves at last.
Yep, I got that from your message. Also, from what you’ve written you listen to your tuition and act from that. We need to take back our lives from what so many others tell us what is good and proper for us. You are a good role model for that, Monica Rose.
I have found that I can get addicted to sugar as in thinking I need it for energy. That worked for you today. When I break that pattern by turning to protein my body is happiest. Though I get what you are saying….the foodie gurus say “protein not sugar”. Well, hell, even though I now concentrate on protein there’s nothing like a big piece of yummy apple pie flanked by scoops of vanilla ice cream sometimes. Right?
Oh. I’m 75% protein 25% carbs. I’ve already had a nice piece of roasted chicken to stabilize my system. What I’m really saying is, I know how to listen to my body far better than any other guru and when I do that, I always feel immediately better and I preferred to have my agency in my sovereignty over any self-help guru no matter what the category is pardon me for the bad grammar I’m using talk to text as I am multitasking in the kitchen.!

No one else feels what you feel.

What we’ve been calling “invisible” may not be absence at all…it may be the absence of being watched, measured, and interpreted by everyone else.
Yes, exactly. We initially perceive it as absence. But it is coming home.
Spot on as usual!😘❤️
