And Then I Wrote a Guide.

A year ago, something in me snapped.

Not in a dramatic, fall-on-the-floor way. Quieter than that. But just as final.

I ended a relationship that had shaped my life for three years—not out of anger, but from clarity. Because I finally realized I wasn’t broken. I just wasn’t listening to my soul.

That was the beginning of my breakthrough.

I didn’t know it at the time, but everything I was learning—about breath, nervous system resets, soul-led action, and rebuilding after burnout—would become the bones of a guide I later wrote, called Breakthrough

That guide came straight from my lived experience.

And now, after many of you downloaded it, emailed me, and asked: “Can we go through this together?”

Here’s What We’re Doing:

I’m hosting a 4-week live workshop series, starting Tuesday night, January 21st at 7PM Eastern.

We’ll walk through Breakthrough together, week by week, prompt by prompt.

No teaching. No fixing. Just space to talk honestly about the stuff that keeps us stuck—and the soul-led tools that help us finally move.

Each session will be about an hour long, and it’s designed to help you shake something loose inside yourself and remember what your next step actually is.

You don’t need to come with a plan.

You just need to come open.
