Since January I've been ignoring notifications and emails from your channel, until today. No reason, just didn't feel like it. Today I opened it even before I got to read the title. Thanks for the reminder.
I actually love hearing that. This isn’t a place people have to keep up with. It’s a place they return to when something inside says, “Open that one today.” Glad you did.
How bizarre! The same has happened to me Lili! And today, I read this and realised that I too have been skipping the practices that have sustained & nurtured me for the last few years.
The perceived benefit in "not doing" was not more available time to enjoy other "stuff", it was just time spent doing chores, doomscrolling and basically feeling sorry for myself and my "situation." POINT TAKEN MONICA!
You found a way to live in the abundance of your relationship with your breath-your life source. And that abundance feeds your creativity, your wellbeing. When we neglect to notice our life source, scarcity seeps in and messes with our joy.
How did you know? Lol…I’ve spent the last couple days out of my personal coherence (and dealing with the fallout of that 🙄🙃). Sometimes it feels like it’s just lost—like lost LOST… the way you’ve framed it here is so helpful!
It took a few weeks of wondering around the desert, to finnally just stop asking the question" why is this happening" and return to sitting with my soul via my breath practice. Once I FINALLY did that, I could here the nudge that showed me that I had abandoned the very practice that created my coherence. The red flags were all over- I mean I lost 500 subcribers in 6 weeks- that's one helluva red flag! I kept brushing it off, using the typical substack approach, that lists " churn" and this is just part of that. That 's really bad advice for a writer on substack who writes literally everything from the seat of her own soul. I had to finally stop looking at those nubmers, stop asking the question and return to my own breath practice..........

Yay‼️‼️
This is not coincidence. When Monica re-connects, her 'signal' cuts through the noise and reaches those who need to hear it. Noted.
So it seems! Aren't we lucky!
This is a lesson I repeatedly need to learn.
I also need to begin again again. Thank you for the reminder. Remember. Begin again.
Oh Monica another banger! My cups overflows from yours. So many thanks, D
