Pissed Off at Life?
Maybe You’re Just Ignoring Your Dreams.
Have you ever met someone who seems perpetually irritated—not just by traffic or bad weather, but by life itself? Maybe you’ve even felt it yourself. That undercurrent of agitation, frustration, restlessness that never quite goes away. The sense that something—everything—is just slightly off.
What if that feeling isn’t random? What if it’s your soul protesting because you’ve been ignoring what it came here to do?
Dreams as the Soul’s GPS
Dreams aren’t just whimsical ideas or childish fantasies. They are the mechanism through which your soul tries to guide you. They are its way of impacting not just your life, but the lives of others. When you suppress or ignore them, your entire being goes into rebellion. That aggravated feeling? That’s the soul’s version of an alarm clock—ringing louder and louder until you can’t ignore it anymore.
When you refuse to live the dream that was placed in your heart, it doesn’t just disappear. It turns into friction, discomfort, resentment, and a constant, nagging irritation that you can’t quite name. It shows up in snapping at loved ones, feeling envious of others, losing interest in things that once brought you joy. Because somewhere deep down, you know—you were made for more.
A Personal Reckoning
There was a passage of time in my life where I could be described as a warrior. I was living an internal war in my own life. To say I lived as an aggravated person would be an understatement. Folks could count on me to be rude, tacky, abrasive, and downright mean.
Thank goodness others loved me enough to help me figure out how to live without all that anger.
Everyone involved knew it was because I was living someone else's vision for me, not my own. Once I accepted that and took responsibility for my life, it was when things began to shift and my soul began to show me the dream that had been buried deep in my heart.
Ignoring Your Dream Isn’t Just Personal—It’s Spiritual
Dream reclamation isn’t just about finding personal fulfillment—it’s about aligning with the life you were meant to live. It’s a holy act because your dream isn’t just for you. Your dream has a ripple effect—it touches lives, inspires others, and creates something meaningful in the world.
When you defy your dream, you defy your own divinely placed potential.
To live one’s dream, I believe, is to live in grace, with grace. And it is an obligation for me to do so. I believe this with all my might, and it is the impetus for these newsletters coming to you every day. My delight is in knowing that one other may be impacted by these words on your screen and take measures to live their dream.
