Your life is not winding down. It may finally be opening up.
If you have reached the age where the roles, rules, obligations, and expectations that shaped most of your life no longer fit, you are in the right place.
I write for women who are asking bigger questions now:
What do I want?
What did I give up along the way?
What still belongs to me?
And what could the next ten, twenty, or thirty years become if I stopped treating them like an epilogue?
But let’s be clear about what you won’t find here. This is not a guide on how to age gracefully. I will not tell you how to keep yourself busy with dynamic new hobbies, and this is absolutely not another set of instructions for becoming a better, healthier, more optimized woman. (Frankly, we’ve done enough homework for one lifetime).
This is simply about remembering who you were before the world had so many opinions about who you should be.

I am not here to fix you. (You aren’t broken). I am just here to keep reminding you that your life still belongs to you.

You definitely need to go on a blind date. What better company could you be in?
