This explains a kind of tiredness many women carry quietly.

It is not burnout from work, it is depletion from moving without inner agreement.

Yes. Not just during heavy political upheaval. Every day of our lives. Monica is doing the right thing and explaining why. At 70. Seven decades. I’m 61. Six decades. I started 2 years ago dismantling and protecting my energy. It’s a ton of effort.

I can’t sleep after watching the news. It’s too much. Instead I read something spiritually uplifting before bed and sleep like a baby. Then I wake up feeling alive and ready to share what I’ve got.

Yup! News cycles relay only the bad. That’s HEAVY! I am trying to stay focused mostly on what is local and within reach. And if I feel the need for weight…I head to the gym.

sooo, talking about “keywords’..I found a faster way to ‘relax and align with myself”..

it is sort of a game I play, like a pig-pong game: let’s say I am triggered by a situation, a person, or by an ‘energy vampire’..etc,

instead of diving in endless thoughts about why it makes me unhappy, yet again…I ask myself, right away, what is the opposite of that situation that I really like? ping-pong effect: peace! sooo I bathe in the feeling of peace…and I feel better😊

My overwhelming neighbour walking in the house wearing her loud personality? ping-pong, I want simple and quiet relationships..thought I share little tricks to circumnavigate our inner world in unusual ways😊

I just finished two back to back IOP's.

Today's message rings honest, real, and it's so in line with the work that I've been doing. I'm officially making 'this' a part of my #aftercare.

The “truth” can be based on where our information comes from unfortunately. How do we actually find the truth nowadays, with political bias, AI, editing? When you think about it, it’s all quite scary!

Because I watched it LIVE in real time. I happen to be online. I logged on a few minutes before the shooting occurred. I can’t deny what I saw. The same experience watching Jan 6 live through video from folks in my hometown. I trust folks on the ground far more anything else these days

Our mainstream news sources in this country are 100% compromised. Don’t watch them. Look for independent journalists here on Substack. They are here, excellent, and you can choose when and how much time you spend allowing truthful information into your mind.

I stopped watching mainstream media after Jan 6. That’s 5 years ago. And even then it was on YouTube. I cut cable on 2013. Never miss it nor legacy media.
