Women Over 60: What If You Could Come Back to Yourself—One Glimmer at a Time?
It’s a Strategy of Attention
Could it be that time isn’t what’s missing — it’s something much smaller, and much more powerful?
Most women think the biggest thing standing between them and their dreams is “not enough time.”
But I’ve lived enough decades to tell you with absolute certainty:
That’s not the bottleneck.
The real block is subtler — and more powerful.
You haven’t learned how to turn small moments into soul momentum.
Momentum doesn’t come from hustle. It comes from alignment multiplied by repetition.
It’s not about pushing harder or doing more — it’s about doing small, soul-aligned actions again and again until they become a rhythm that carries you.
And the best part? You already have the raw materials for this momentum.
You just haven’t noticed them yet.
Let me show you:
💫 Everyday Moments That Can Multiply Momentum
These might look ordinary — but if you bring soul attention to them, they become sacred pattern-breakers:
☕ Morning coffee or tea
Instead of scrolling your phone, take two minutes to ask yourself:
“What am I aligning with today?” and futher “ What do I WANT to align with todya?”🛏️ Daily Habits, aka chores: Such as making your bed
Let it become a declaration:
“I honor myself enough to create order in my space.”🧼 Washing dishes
Ground yourself in sensation. Repeat a mantra like:
“I’m clearing space for what matters.”🖊️ Writing your to-do list
Begin with one soul-aligned desire:
“Today I want to feel steady.” Or calm. Or ease
The “do” list can come after.🛍️ Grocery shopping or errands
Ask:
“What would the future version of me choose here?”
Then follow her lead.💤 Lying in bed at night
Instead of replaying regrets, whisper:
“I’m proud of how I showed up — and tomorrow, I get to live with intention again! ”
You don’t need a major life overhaul to reclaim your dream or to renew your passions- the true driving force of life.
You need consistent moments of soul-truth that are stacked gently, repeated daily. That’s how momentum is created.
But why is momentum so important? And why build it through small, integral steps?
Because this is how you remember who you are. This is how you allow yourself to learn and integrate more of the real you into the present. It is the real you that has been carrying your dreams, your passion while your old you handled the jobs of the labels or identifiers.
This is how you begin to recognize yourself again —
not as the mother,
not as the wife,
not as the caretaker, the fixer, the peacekeeper.
Those roles had their place. They may have brought joy, even fulfillment at times.
But they are not the whole of you. They never were.
Now, the need for those labels has either ended or softened through the passage of time.
And what you’re left with is you.
Your time.
Your truth.
Your dream or passion. The one you tucked away long ago in order to live in full color for everyone else.
It’s not too late; it doesn’t require a grand gesture. It begins with one sacred moment of honesty at a time.
Repeated.
Stacked.
Honored.
That’s how you return.
That’s how you rise.
But, what if you are not clear what your dream was or what is your passion now?

You don’t have to figure this out alone — but you do have to start paying attention.
You’re waiting for the right season, the clear calendar, the quiet house, the extra money.
You’re postponing your next chapter until the chaos settles, the motivation strikes, or the circumstances align.
But here’s the hard truth: That day might never come.
And that’s not a tragedy — that’s a wake-up call.
I’ve met hundreds of women over 60 who are sitting on dreams that are still very much alive.
Not dead.
Not expired.
Not too late.
Just… buried.
Under layers of obligation, grief, distraction, perfectionism, fear, or the belief that “it’s not my turn anymore.”
None of this about fault or blame. It just how life was handed to us. And now we get to flip the script and become ourselves. Isn’t that glorious to ponder?
I would love to hear from you, how you are progressing, what roadblocks you may be expereinceing. It helps to know you are not alone in this marvelous segment of life; our time. YOUR time.
