There is wonder every day and inspiration and everything I do I get to breathe beautiful air and see my trees outside my house the hummingbirds that come and feed washing my hands is sacred. I’ve even added extra parts to the process with Himalayan sea salt and just a quiet time, tending to my hands because they’re a tool for my brain to do the wonderful things I do every day having Gratitude for the little things is very important I get to visit with my great granddaughter, biweekly, and my great grandson lives with me with my grandson and his father and my daughter. I’m grateful for the time that I have with them. It’s beautiful intense and so special.
