Perfect! I have a tv in my bedroom that I watch and turn off right before I go to bed. I have my phone beside my bed that I may be playing games on before I go to bed. Most of the time when I lay down to go to sleep I do so within 15 minutes. Lately, I’ve been seeing on facebook about another app to find out when your personal best time to be awake and sleep is. Which according to them could be to get up and start your day at 3am! This is according to your body’s circadian rhythm. I guess it thinks nobody works or has children to take care, etc. If I was to start my day at 3am then I would be going to bed in the best part of the afternoon. Crazy. We may not always listen to our bodies and try to keep pushing but overall we know ourselves better than the “experts.”
