✨ Choose to stop spiraling
Feel like yourself again—no drama, just truth
We talk a lot about being in alignment. Feeling peace. Being “high vibe.”
But here’s the truth nobody wants to say out loud: you will drift.
You’ll stop doing the things that connect you. You’ll forget to listen.
You’ll wake up one day and realize you haven’t walked the white hallway or sat with your soul in weeks.
And that’s not failure. That’s being human.
What matters isn’t staying in some fixed state of spiritual connection. What matters is knowing how to return—and choosing to do it.
Sometimes, that return looks like a sudden knowing. Other times, it arrives like this—a soft glow rising behind the hills. A quiet path winding toward something you can’t quite name, but deeply recognize.
This painting is called Dawn Beckons, and that’s exactly what your soul does.
She doesn’t chase or yell.
She just beckons.
In moments of stillness, in waves of longing, in the tug you feel when nothing external seems to satisfy—she’s there. Whispering: Come back. I’ve missed you.
For me, the shift happened when I stopped treating my soul like a side project and started making her the main thing.
Not a checkbox. Not a Sunday morning whisper.
But the center of my life.
And that didn’t happen by accident. It happened because I made a decision.
A choice.
The church folks love to talk about choice in the context of salvation—choose Jesus or not.
But real power starts when you choose to build a relationship with your own soul.
When you choose to stop spiraling, sit still, and reconnect.
When you say: I want to feel like myself again—and then act on it.
So if you’re feeling off, distant, uninspired—don’t panic.
You don’t need to start over.
You just need to return.
Here are three gentle ways to do that:
1. A Simple Daily Reset Ritual
You don’t need a 12-step system. You need 5 minutes of intention.
Sit quietly.
Breathe deeply.
Place your hand on your heart.
Ask: What do you need today?
Then listen. Don’t rush the answer.
2. Self-Inquiry Questions to Gently Come Home
Where have I been avoiding myself?
What part of me feels unheard or unseen?
What would feel nourishing—not productive—right now?
These are not questions to fix you. They’re invitations to find you again.
3. Choose.
Before you journal. Before you pray. Before you try to “get back on track”—
just decide.
Say it out loud if you need to:
I choose to be in relationship with my soul.
I choose to come back.
I choose peace over panic.
Because your soul has never left. She’s just been waiting for you to come sit beside her again.
We’re not here to hustle our way into spiritual alignment.
We’re here to remember who we are… and return again and again.
And once you know how to return, nothing—not even a hard week or a lost routine—can take that power away.
Ready to return to yourself—for real this time?
The BREAKTHROUGH guidebook was made for moments like this. Not when everything is falling apart, but when you quietly realize: I’m ready for more.
More clarity. More peace. More power that doesn’t require performing.

Grief and healing have a rhythm...
Spiraling can also be a good thing, like a dance. Spiraling inward and outward at the same time in the torus field that connects us. Yin and yang.
