Love your candor about that Women over 60 SubReddit. I think part of the 'discontent' that you picked up is because people sometimes feel so lost they don't even know what question to ask.

That deeper question that you're talking about can get so buried over years of daily stuff and tending to others' needs that we don't hear the tiny voice inside asking, "Isn't there more for me?"

Namaste.

Exactly. That’s it.

When we’ve spent decades tending, fixing, soothing, and showing up for everyone else, that tiny voice gets buried under casseroles and carpool and being “the strong one.”

And by the time we finally have a minute to ourselves, we’re so out of practice hearing our own truth we don’t even know what to listen for.

I’m not judging them. I just... couldn’t sit there and pretend the shallow water was enough. I’ve lived too long denying my own depth.

Not doing that anymore.

Namaste right back atcha.
