Thank you for this Monika. It is a very simple way to return to self. There are lots of people posting different ways, but most are complicated and make me feel I'm not good enough. Your way ,I can do. I'm not in USA, I live in Poland, but the news of the world still affects me. This is good, I feel it. Thank you.

We are all in this together. The pain is the same regardless of geography. Thank you Monica for showing us a way back to our own being. Our own knowing.

Yes. That’s the part that gets me every time—how the ache feels familiar across oceans and time zones. We may not speak the same language, but our nervous systems recognize each other. I’m so glad this helped you come home to your own knowing. That’s the only “way back” I ever want to point to. Thank you for walking it with me.

You just named something so many feel but don’t say out loud—that heaviness of trying to “do it right” when the methods are too complicated, too loud, or too disconnected from real life. I’m so glad this felt different. Coherence doesn’t need to be earned or achieved. It just needs space to return. And I feel honored that something I shared helped create that space for you, all the way in Poland. We're more connected than we know. Thank you for writing this.

First, thank GAWWWD …maybe I’m not crazy! I have felt so “undone” since the weekend. You described it perfectly.

It’s time for us to come back home and do what we do…THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!

Oh friend, you are definitely not crazy. That undone feeling? It’s not weakness—it’s wisdom trying to get your attention. The fact that you noticed it means you're already on your way back. I’m so glad the words met you where you were. We are coming home—together, and on purpose.

I was feeling so unsettled today. I came to your Substack because I knew your words would make me feel seen and help me ground. Thank you for supporting others. Our journeys are personal, but we aren’t alone.

Thank you. We all need a way forward through all the insanity. Taking time to just be quiet, breathe. 💚

Monica, your guiide could not have com e at a better time. I'd decided last night to go into s quiet mode, but I was not sure what to do there. I only knew that I do not want to spend the day goin over things in my mind. There are responsibilities I must deal with today that cannot wait until I am in line with myself, but I'm going to begin with your suggestions. Thank you for helping me begin to feel grounded.

What you just described is exactly what coherence looks like in motion. You listened to the nudge to go quiet—even without a full plan. That’s soul-level intelligence. And now you’re finding small ways to support yourself inside the responsibilities that can’t wait. That’s not failure. That’s a return in progress. I’m so glad the guide met you where you were. Keep listening. You’re doing it.

I am finding my way back from the abyss… that deep dark ocean of fear that has no bottom .

I feel myself activating, turning over to power, and making ‘Yes, onward!’ my victory chant.

Hi Monica - what is ‘lollygagging’, I have not heard of this term. Barb from across the pond.
