Tonight I went live and titled it “Pity Party.”
Because for about ten days, that’s exactly what I had been hosting.
Nothing dramatic. I wasn’t depressed or sick. Just out of sync with myself. Low energy, foggy thinking, the kind of off-feeling that makes everything feel like work.
And then this morning something shifted.
Not with fireworks or a big breakthrough. Just a small moment in my studio when I opened two boxes that had been sitting there since January.
Inside were two beautiful birch painting panels.
The second I unpacked them, the spark came back.
In this short live conversation, I talk about what it feels like to fall out of alignment with your soul, how ordinary life can quietly bring you back, and why sometimes the only thing you need to do is finally open the box you’ve been walking past for months.
