I didn’t write a full post this morning,
because I want to share something else with you instead.
Last night, I had the privilege of sitting down for a live conversation with my friend Mike in Australia. We talked for nearly an hour, and I’ll admit—before it started, I wondered if I’d make it the whole way.
But what happened was something I didn’t expect:
I felt lit up. Held. Energized.
Mike asked thoughtful, generous questions—
the kind that let me speak freely and speak from the soul,
not just about my work, but about the people I write for.

I talk about my readers—often.
How much I care about this space we’ve built.
How much it matters to me that you feel seen.
We covered a lot of ground—creativity, clarity, courage.
But the core of it?
It was about loving people.
