Maybe Invisibility Has Nothing To Do With Aging

Let's flip the script!

Tonight’s live was about invisibility — but probably not in the way most people think.

Many of us became invisible to ourselves long before the world stopped paying attention. We spent decades being visible through usefulness — through productivity, caretaking, marriage, parenting, fixing, helping, holding everything together for everyone else. When those roles began to shift, we felt lost. Not because the world stopped seeing us. Because we had never learned to see ourselves outside of what we did for others.

The question worth sitting with: what if the goal at this stage of life isn’t becoming more visible to the world — but finally becoming visible to ourselves?Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video! Join me for my next live video in the app.
